As a versatile mixed-media artist, I believe art should tell a meaningful story to the beholder. So, as you browse through this site you will see that my narrative style of work is based on memories of places and experiences, yet illustrated in a way that can be interpreted individually by the viewer. ENDANGERED WILDLIFE IN THE PEAK DISTRICT
From Saturday 6th -Wednesday 31st August 2022
A special exhibition to highlight the endangered wildlife of the Peak District. All artists taking part are committed to preserve and protect our wildlife and to promote this through their wonderful artwork: Wendy Darker, Ingrid Katarina Karlsson, Sue Lewis-Blake, Sue Prince, Mark Langley, Zoë Marsh, Vivienne Sillar, Yuka Jourdain, Jules Chabeaux and Bethan Nadin.
The Ring Ouzel also known as the Mountain Blackbird, now in decline in Derbyshire.
Haddon Hall Gatehouse Pop Up Shop 2022
Throughout the summer and autumn of 2021 PDA took over Haddon Hall’s gatehouse gift shop with a series of Pop Up Shop events and we are delighted to be returning for 5 weeks over the summer of 2022. I will be exhibiting 15th – 21st august.
Members from a range of disciplines will be exhibiting including: Ceramicists Gary Sampson, Kathryn Watson & Viv Sillar; Fine artists Adrienne Brown, Ingrid Katarina Karlsson, Cheryl Wilbraham, Jo Polmear, Roger Allen, Sarah Morley, Tim Rose, Pam Smart, Charlotte Adams, Liz Wellby & Louise Edwards; Textile Artist Alison Wake; Artist in precious metals Karin Sheldon; Photographer Ian Daisley and Contemporary Artisans Rachel Evans & Phil Cox
