Danger

Danger I, II, II developed as a triptych out of a workshop project on stitching Fairytales. It was interesting to explore how danger contains elements of allure and fear in equal measure. There is also a challenge in depicting danger in the ‘peaceful’ medium of stitching and fabrics, an inherent contradiction.

Calendar

Calendar is a triptych on the theme of time evolving out of the need to utilise recycled wool from unravelled knit work. Nothing must be wasted.
